Tess Kostielney

Founder / CEO

I’m Tess — founder of TK Design, digital designer, and someone who will obsess over the tiny details so you don’t have to. I’ve always been passionate about helping small businesses feel confident, capable, and truly seen online. Over time, that passion grew into something more: creating digital spaces that finally feel like you.

One of my favorite moments is when a client’s brand truly “clicks” — when their website looks intentional, polished, and aligned with the business they’ve worked so hard to build. So many incredible business owners have the vision, but not always the clarity or strategy to bring it to life… and that’s exactly where I come in.​

Collaborative, organized, and detail-driven, I focus on creating a design experience that’s supportive, structured, and genuinely enjoyable.

Outside of design, I’m a mom and a wife — roles that ground me and shape the way I show up for my clients. I was born and raised in California, with a childhood spent around horses, and I still love the outdoors just as much as a good cup of coffee or tea.​
